Class Fees and Descriptions
ALLbody Vinyasa Flow-This is an entry level class that focuses on body positivity supporting all sizes and shapes. With the use of props, meditation and breath work, we will strengthen and stretch in a way that is accessible to ALL bodies. This is a good way to support one another through shared mind/body awareness, body movement, and fun!
Slow Flow- Slow Flow classes connect accessible yoga postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded practice. With a slower pace, students move through a series of poses that gently engage and open all the major muscle groups.
Yin Yoga- Yin Yoga goes beyond the muscles to the connective tissue such as ligaments, bones, joints, blood, and fascial networks. By holding postures for several minutes, the nervous system is able to relax as well as the muscles so students begin to still the outer and inner self. Bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps are provided to support the body in postures. Class environment is cozy, warm, and done with dim lights and candle light. A great way to unwind after a the end of the day.
Hatha Yoga- In Hatha Yoga, we come into the breath and quiet the mind as we find steadiness in asana and attain increased balance and an enhanced connection to our highest self. Each class provides personal modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, breath and energy in a supportive environment. Suited for all levels.
Restorative Yoga- This gentle focused practice is suitable for all levels of experience. Each class is designed to move the body through postures that link the body with breath, release tension, increase flexibility, and cultivate a calm presence. This class uses extensive props and is a good compliment to more active practices.
Strength Circuit and Yoga Flow- In this class, you will hold yoga poses for long periods either on their own or while performing other strength exercises. This class is perfect blend of vinyasa flow, resistance training, and light cardio to get the best of all training methods. It is ideal if you want to change up your yoga practice to focus more on strength.
